“ My husband and I went to Barcelos yesterday intending to buy a whole chicken but ended up upgrading to the Supremo meal, which includes fries and garlic bread. When we got home and opened the sealed bag for dinner, I realized the fries were missing. I called just to let them know, not to complain or ask for anything, but simply so they’re aware. The staff were very apologetic and asked if I could come by to pick up the fries. Fortunately, my son was in the area and was able to stop by, and true to their word, they gave him the missing fries. Great customer service like that is commendable. They handled the issue with kindness and professionalism. Highly recommend Barcelos—not just for the food, but also for how they treat their customers! ”
